Family Recipe Friday – Ham and cheese Quiche

I love ham, cheese and eggs. What could make that combination better? Put it in a pie crust. I made these last weekend for my roommates and both pies were gone in minutes. *Image is from Google*




4 eggs slightly beaten
1 cup milk
salt and pepper
1 cup chopped cooked ham
1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup cooked veggies
2 9″ unbaked pie shell (Or 1 deep dish pie crust)


1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Pour into pie shells.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for about an hour.
4. Let cool for 10 minutes and serve warm.
